Effective July 8, 2026
Emerson Tech ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It does not cover information we collect in person during a repair visit, which we'll always explain to you directly.
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, and whatever phone number, email, and description of your issue you choose to provide. We use this only to respond to your request and follow up about service.
Automatic site activity. We use a lightweight, cookie-free analytics script that records which pages were visited and, if you arrived from another website, that site's domain. It does not use cookies, does not track you across visits, and does not build a profile of who you are — each page visit is logged as an anonymous, disconnected event, not linked to your identity or to other visits you've made.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
We use two service providers to run this website and store the information above:
Both are established providers with their own privacy and security practices. We don't share your information with anyone else except as required by law.
We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain our business records, or until you ask us to delete it. Anonymous page-visit data isn't tied to your identity, so there's nothing to delete on an individual basis.
If you'd like to see, correct, or delete the information you've given us, just reach out using the contact details below — we'll take care of it promptly.
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
