Emerson Tech started with a simple frustration. Too many people get stuck waiting on hold, or talking to someone who won't explain what's actually wrong with their device. We wanted a local alternative: a real person who shows up, explains things in plain language, and stands behind the work.
We work out of our home base and come to you, or take drop-offs for smaller jobs. No call centers, no scripts, no upselling. Just tech support the way it should have always worked.

I've spent years fixing the tech problems that make people want to throw their laptop out the window. Emerson Tech is my answer to bad call centers and vague invoices: real explanations, fair prices, and a person who actually picks up the phone.
When I'm not elbow-deep in a router, I'm probably still thinking about your Wi-Fi dead zone. I like solving things properly, not just papering over them.
