Do you charge for diagnosis?

The Quick Fix flat rate includes diagnosis. For anything more complex, we'll tell you the likely cost before starting any billable work.

What's the difference between in-shop and on-site?

In-shop means you drop the device off; on-site means we come to you. On-site carries a modest premium to cover travel time.

Is there a minimum charge?

On-site visits have a one-hour minimum. In-shop drop-offs are billed by the actual work performed.

What do the subscription plans include?

We offer three flexible tiers designed to keep your tech running smoothly:

Home Basic ($19/mo) covers 1 device with automatic updates, status monitoring, backup setup assistance (using your storage), and email support.

Home Premium ($49/mo) covers up to 4 devices in your home with priority support, quarterly remote clean-ups, and a 10% discount on on-site repair labor.

Business Pro ($150/mo) is designed for small offices (up to 5 systems) and includes system/network health monitoring, backup verification (monitoring your existing backup runs), and 1 hour of remote support included every month.

Do you charge extra for parts?

Parts (replacement batteries, cables, drives, etc.) are billed at cost plus a small handling fee, always confirmed with you before purchase.
